Ms. Dean's Discoveries

Dear English scholars,

Welcome to 5th grade! My name is Ms. Dean, and I can’t begin to express how excited I am to have you in my class this year! This year will be packed full of learning adventures that will be both exciting and challenging. Our class motto is, “Believe in yourself, and you will be unstoppable.” I expect each and every one of you to try new things, ask for help, and never give up. Those will be the key ingredients to your success in this class.

As young adults, you are given more freedom than ever before. Respect yourself, respect each other, and respect the adults in your life. If you listen to me, I promise that I will reciprocate the same to you. If you need help, reach out to me. I will always try to make myself available to you and your learning experience. I am here for you.

I am a lifelong learner, and I hope to inspire you to be one too! You truly can learn something new every day. Find what inspires you, take advantage of each opportunity, and reach for your goals.
