Arriving at the airport and transportation
There will be staff from Kisakallio waiting for you at the airport in arrival terminal.
The meeting point is at arrivals hall next to nature monument (nearby Burger King, Alepa etc.).

The bus will be waiting in the bus parking place (Terminal 2).There is a Kisakallio sight in the bus window and our volunteers helping to found the bus.
The bus will be at the charter bus park, platform will be informed at the airport.
Arriving in Kisakallio

When you arrive in Kisakallio, one person from the team collects the passports of the entire team for accreditation. The person comes to the reception, where they are given an accreditation card and a room key in exchange for authentication. Thank you for the cooperation.
The bus arrives in front of Hotel Katajarinne or Hotel Omenatarha. First stop is in the main building where one person gets up and goes to the reception, after that driver gets the rest of the team to the hotel and starts emptying the bus.
