Middle School

Performing Arts

The Middle School Drama classes, per usual, have been creating like mad - even now that we are in Virtual School. Due to the nature and evolution of the Drama courses, the Advanced Drama class is who performs in front of the entire student body. Currently, they are working on Scripts inspired by Poetry. In Virtual School, we have worked with voice and Shakespeare, but we started out our semester with these movement pieces.

Students were tasked with choosing a 2D piece of art and observing how their eye moved through the painting. After doing so, they then had to interpret that movement with their bodies.
