Fundraising

Interested clubs should review the fundraising guidelines that are listed within the 2023-2024 HSCc Club Policies slide deck or Academic Handbook. 

• • Access the 2023-2024 Fundraising application form can be found here

  • Reimbursements can be requested via reimbursement form found here

    •  All receipts and proof of payment should be submitted (and translated) via Google Sheets 

  • Students should fundraise with a clearly defined and articulated plan with intention to spend funds within 30 days of a proposed activity
