Meet Mrs. Stephens
Meet Mrs. Stephens
Mrs. Stephens is gearing up for her 12th year at William Matthew Middle School, but her second year as the Library Media Specialist. She has a bachelor's degree from The University of Missouri and master's degrees from Quincy University and Western Governors University. She is also a Google Certified Educator.
Mrs. Stephens and her husband, Mat, have one son, Micah and two dogs: Chip and Gracie.

Library Mission Statement
The Mission of the Library Media Centers of the Kirksville R-III School District is to support the district philosophy and instructional goals by providing the opportunity for students and staff to become effective users of ideas and information.
Checkout Policies
All items must be checked out at the circulation desk. Each item is scanned at the computer and the due date is stamped on the date due slip. Return materials through the book drop. Materials are checked out for the following period of time:
Fiction - Two weeks
Non-fiction - Two weeks
Magazines - Used in library only
Fine Policy
Students will be responsible for replacing or paying for lost or damaged items.
