5th Grade Team

Chanita Coulter is the 5th grade learning coordinator. She is an experienced executive entrepreneur with over a decade of results in the K-12, higher education, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. She is a long-time K-12 practitioner having served as a teacher, instructional coach, and consultant. She is particularly passionate about ensuring all students have access to a great education and has worked to improve the K-12 education system through her work at the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and KIPP Charter School Network. In addition, she has been a leader in solutions practices as a partner and principal working with multiple K-12, higher ed, and workforce clients across the country. She is a sought-after advisor, strategist, and execution expert for organizations designing and building the future of learning and work. She holds a Masters in Education from Harvard University, a Masters in Social Work from Boston College, a Bachelors of Science in Political Science from North Carolina A&T State University.
