CHROMEBOOK QUESTION OR REPAIR

If you have a Chromebook question, or your Chromebook needs repair, click the red SERVICE REQUEST icon in the upper left corner of the Launchpad start page and follow the instructions there.

IF YOUR CHROMEBOOK IS BROKEN

Log in to your student account from ANY COMPUTER and send a Chromebook service request.

  1. Go to http://google.com

  2. Click on Gmail in the upper right corner.

  3. Enter your student G Suite credentials.

  4. Go to: https://sites.google.com/kinnschools.org/launchpad/

  5. At the Launchpad page, click the red SERVICE REQUESTS icon and follow the instructions there.

If you do not have a computer, text Dan from Computer Services at 815-742-5450 and leave:

  1. your name and text number

  2. students name and grade level

  3. Chromebook model and a short description of the issue
