How to Use Clever

Clever is a tool that allows students to easily login to a variety of educational resources. To access Clever, students should:

1. Go the KCS Student Portal.

2. Click on the Clever icon.

3. Login with their KCS Microsoft Account.

Some teachers have also created QR codes that allow students to login with the "Clever Badge log in" option.

If your student is using a personal computer that is not issued by KCS, you will also need to install the Clever browser extension.

1. Install Clever on Google Chrome.

2. Install Clever on Mozilla Firefox.

3. Install Clever on Microsoft Edge.

If you are having trouble with your existing browser, the KCS Technology Department recommends the new Microsoft Edge Browser, which is available for Mac and PC.

If your student is using an iPad, download the Clever iPad app.
