Hi there!

My name is Sheila Machota, and I teach first grade at Kingston Elementary. The 2025-2026 school year will be my 6th year teaching at KES and I am excited to begin a new journey with such amazing students!

I am a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University where I majored in Elementary Education and earned an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education. My education and experiences have helped me build a foundation in becoming the best educator I can be for your child!

My husband Jeff and I have two amazing children. Collin is nineteen years old and Ella is fifteen years old. Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.

I am so thankful to be a part of the Kingston Community, and I look forward to many more years as a Kingston Cardinal!
