8th GRADE ART

Eighth grade art helps students express their ideas and develop their own artistic style.  Students will use the elements of art and principles of design to create both two- and three-dimensional artwork using a variety of materials.  Students will practice persistence and craftsmanship while learning art vocabulary to talk about and reflect on their work.  Students will explore how personal experiences and interests influence art, style, and choice to support growth and succes.
