General Instructions

1. Reporting Time: All participants must report by 9:00 AM. Late arrivals may result in disqualification.

2. Inauguration Function: The inauguration ceremony will take place from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. All participants are expected to be present.

3. Event Start: The actual coding event will commence at 10:40 AM. 

4. Lunch Break: A scheduled lunch break will occur from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. Please be punctual in returning to the event.

5. Review Sessions: 

Review 1 :  11:30 AM to 12.30 PM. 

Review 2 :  02:00 PM to 03.00 PM. 

Be prepared to showcase your progress during this time.

6. Award Distribution: Awards will be distributed from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. All participants are encouraged to attend.

Project Guidelines

Prebuilt Projects : Both hardware and software projects that were prebuilt are allowed. However, modifications and enhancements made during the event will be encouraged.

Additional Notes

•  Participants are encouraged to work collaboratively but should adhere to the rules regarding originality and project ownership.

• Please keep your workspace clean and respect others' space and materials.

• Follow all safety protocols, especially for hardware projects.
