For parents/guardians who wish to use the Easy4U rental option, the link to their webshop is easy4u.school/order; the code to enter the shop is JGS54BG. 

Any ordered devices will be available for collection from the school; nothing further is needed. 

Please note: Repairs can only be completed through the school for devices purchased through Easy4U. If you purchased your device privately, you will need to arrange repair through your own insurers or via a reputable repair centre and request a school loan device. Reporting a faulty/broken device via the Easy4u Portal

1. Go to the Easy4U website. 

2. Click on Easy4u Portal (top right)

3. Enter the email address & password you used to order your child's Surface device and click log in

4. On the right hand side of the screen, click on Report issue

5. Click on the problem you are reporting, for example "Damage to the screen"

6. Select the option from the drop down that best describes the damage or issue

7. Click on Go to step 2

8. Give a description of the problem in the additional information box

9. Complete the rest of the form 

10. Click on Go to step 3

11. Check I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions

12. Click on Submit ticket

13. After you have submitted the ticket, your child can bring the faulty device along with the ticket number to either:

    • Mrs Wright (R9) for Prep school students

    • The IT Office (beneath the senior school library) for Senior school students

14. A loan device will be issued whilst the device is being repaired.
