If your child was provided with a school owned Chromebook repairs are covered under our school insurance. Please hand the device into the IT Office as soon as possible so that the device can be repaired. 

You child will receive a loan device whilst theirs is being repaired.

If you purchased your child's device through our school supplier Easy4U repairs are covered under your device insurance. You will need to raise a repair ticket with Easy4U to initiate the repair.

If you purchased your child's device privately you will need to take care of the repair yourself. 

Please let the IT Office know that your child's device is being repaired and we can arrange a loan device for your child in the meantime. 

Please note: Device loans are free for the first week of repair. Subsequent weeks are charged at a rate of £25. Short-term loans whilst a device is under repair can be arranged for a maximum period of 4 weeks.
