Our Senior School programme is divided into two main streams, the English Foundation (EF) and the mainstream English as a Second Language (ESL) English class.
The English Foundation programme is for students who are unable to access mainstream classes, because of language barriers, and who are assessed at Beginner level in English language proficiency. Please see the separate English Foundation page for details.
The ESL English stream is for those for whom English is a Second or Additional Language and have not studied in an English First Language class at Primary level, after entry assessment these students would be regarded as Elementary level in English language proficiency. Please see the Cambridge ESL page for more details.
