About Holiday Club

Our values

We are dedicated to providing a quality service to parents/carer and children alike. It is our aim that the Out of School Club (OOSC) is not only a reliable and convenient childcare service for parents/carers, but also an enjoying and fulfilling out of school experience for the children.

It is our intention that children and their individual needs are at the core of what we do. We believe that all children have the right to access quality play opportunities. We seek to create a ‘home from home’ experience in which the children are encouraged to develop socially, physically, intellectually, creatively, emotionally and spiritually through a variety planned activities and play opportunities.

All children from Nursery to Year 6 are welcome to attend.

Opening hours and fees

Our holiday club runs from 7.30am to 5.30pm at a cost of £30 per day. Any collection after 5.30pm will result in a £5.00 charge. An additional £5.00 will be added for every 15 minutes after 5.45pm. Where possible, OOSC should be notified by phone if you are going to be late.

Bookings for holiday club should be made at least five days in advance of the club to allow appropriate staffing to be put in place. Bookings after this deadline will only be accepted in an emergency. You should book and pay in the School Gateway app and navigating to 'Holiday Club'. For full details of how to book and pay click here. Five days notice is required for cancellation and you will be fully charged for any cancellation made after this deadline.
