With over 15 years of experience in education and workforce development, Sashy is deeply committed to helping students discover their strengths and confidently prepare for life beyond high school. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, blending strong instructional expertise with real-world communication and career development skills. She currently serves as the Director of Operations and an Employment Specialist at a nonprofit organization in Tampa, where she works closely with students and young adults to build meaningful pathways toward employment and independence.
Throughout her career, Sashy has helped place hundreds of students across Florida into career exploration opportunities that build confidence, clarity, and direction. She has taught and consulted at local universities, including the University of South Florida, delivered professional development training to national and international audiences, and taught English abroad in South America. In 2017, she founded Kinetic Employment Solutions, a woman-owned business dedicated to mentoring and professional development for adults and young adults. As a public speaker and international keynote presenter on neurodiversity in the workforce, she brings both expertise and heart to her work, empowering students to develop self-advocacy skills, professional confidence, and the tools they need to succeed in school, careers, and life.
