Mission of SPLASH
The mission of our five online entrepreneurship workshops is to equip students with the essential skills for starting a business and thriving in the entrepreneurial world. Aimed at committed students, these workshops serve as a stepping stone for various entrepreneurial opportunities, including advancing into the SFF Open Incubation Program Phase 2. Combining practical exercises with interactive content, the workshops are designed to inspire innovation and prepare participants for success in their entrepreneurial ventures.

What to expect?
This entrepreneurship training series consists of five online workshops designed to guide students through the process of creating a robust business plan. As the pivotal outcome of the training, this business plan serves as the entry requirement for the SFF Open Incubation Program. Participants will acquire the knowledge and tools necessary to transform innovative ideas into actionable, sustainable business models, laying the groundwork for their entrepreneurial journey in the SFF program.
Problem Validation

This online training session delves into the crucial art of problem validation in entrepreneurship. Shaping innovative solutions begins with a deep understanding of the challenges we aim to address. Participants will explore techniques that uncover the essence of various business problems, ensuring that their ideas resonate with real needs. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain insights into refining their ideas, enhancing their viability, and setting the stage for impactful change.

Building upon the foundation of problem validation, this online session ignites the spark of innovation in entrepreneurship. Guided by facilitators, participants will be immersed in a dynamic experience fostering ingenious solutions. The pathway to crafting concepts that resonate with genuine needs will be revealed through collaborative discussions and hands-on exercises.
Customer Journey & Value Network

During this day, participants will uncover the intricate pathways of business impact. Navigate the dynamic terrain of understanding customer needs, behaviors, and experiences. Through interactive exercises and guided discussions, participants will delve into the art of mapping value networks that underpin innovative solutions.
Competitor analysis & Pitch Training & Business Modeling

This session is dedicated to refining the competitive edge and perfecting the pitching skills of participants. Guided by expert mentors, participants will craft compelling pitches that resonate with stakeholders. Through hands-on exercises and personalized guidance, participants will learn to articulate their vision, showcase their solution's value, and captivate the audience. This transformative session focuses on translating visionary concepts into actionable business models for entrepreneurial success. With expert guidance, participants will craft a business plan to thrive in their chosen industry.
Pitch your Idea

The final workshop in the series will prepare participants to pitch their business ideas compellingly and persuasively. This session covers the essential elements of a successful pitch, including storytelling, highlighting unique value propositions, and addressing potential investors' concerns. Participants will learn how to structure their pitch decks, what key information to include, and how to present confidently and convincingly. During the workshop, participants will pitch their ideas and receive valuable feedback to refine their presentations. This feedback will help them prepare for the Start for Future (SFF) program. The aim is to ensure that participants are well-prepared to apply to the SFF with their refined pitch and business plan, laying a solid foundation for their entrepreneurial journey.

OPEN INCUBATION PROGRAM
Start For Future (SFF) is the fastest growing open alliance of various Universities (HEIs), university linked incubators, R&D organizations, regional hubs, startups, different industries and public organizations (e.g. EIT). It is presented as an open entrepreneurship hub that drives and facilitates the systematic innovation internationally.
The Open Incubation programme is part of the Start For Future framework. It consists of 3 phases:

In SFF, student teams, early stage startups & talents who are thrived to become entrepreneurial are coming together to work on their own project ideas & create innovative solutions. Our SFF alliance members and public organization: EIT (European Institution of Innovation and Technology) are here to support our applicants’ development, taking their projects “from Zero to Hero”.
