Help your parents with cooking a meal or prepping a meal. Practice reading a recipe and measuring with the correct measuring cups. Practice peeling different foods, washing them, or even stirring ingredients.

I'll be uploading the "cookbook" I was making for the kids and presenting at the end of the year for them to take home. I need to go into the school first and scan all of the pages in, so this may take a bit.

Most of you showered each day at school to practice personal hygiene. Continue to practice good personal hygiene, like using deodorant appropriately (remember, more than one swipe!), brushing your teeth twice a day, and taking care of your hair.
We also practiced household cleaning things as well and you should continue to practice those things by helping your family. Help fold laundry, wash dishes, and sweeping the floor.
We workout every day at school, and now that you have a lot of free time at home, you may want to keep that habit going. Below, I've put the workout we do at school every morning and a few extras on the bottom if you don't have things like weights or a yoga ball at home. If you don't feel like doing an actual "workout" like we do in the mornings, I've also added a few links below of other things you could do to stay healthy.
I've also added all of the different yoga links we do on Fridays.
Remember: NONE of this is required! These are just suggestions.
Try and make a routine for each day. Wake up at the same time, make your bed, do chores, etc.
Each day, I make a checklist of things I want to get done every day (and that includes schoolwork!). An example of my personal checklist:
-Make bed - Read a chapter - Put Christmas lights away - Go for a walk - Clean liter box
Try to add structure so the days have a flow to them.
