Training 

Our staff participate in a combination or virtual and in person training before entering a new school. Our training program helps to ensure that you’re equipped with the knowledge and skills you need to have a successful and personally fulfilling experience. That means knowing the fundamentals of our policies and procedures, health and safety protocols, our approach to purposeful play, and how to be a role model and mentor to others.
