Students can take session-based exams during our monthly exam session. These take place over 4 days every month.
For 2024, KICPAA offers all 8 subjects for examination every month starting from February. Please check the ATQ Program subjects, exam schedule and exam important dates for more information.
You may take the exam in any order as long as it stays within the same level. However, you must pass the principles level first before you can sit for the technical level exam.

You can enter a maximum of four exams per exam session and a maximum of eight different exams each calendar year.
No. If you failed this exam session, you have to resit your exam in the next session only.
Your examination center can be found in your Examination Identification Document available to print after your registration.
You must be a student member of KICPAA and already paid for your exam fee by the date of your registration. You can register for the exam 30 days in advance by going to Examination>SELECT YOUR NEXT EXAMINATION DATE>SELECT SUBJECT and then select your desired date for exam in the list in Learning Hub.

If you are a student member and already paid for your exam, you may request for Late Exam Booking by email to education@kicpaa.org under the subject “Request for Late Exam Booking” by providing your full name, student ID, subject, phone number and specific reason. Other means of communication besides email are deemed invalid.
When booking for an exam, please ensure that you have saved the exam schedule. Once it is saved, you will see your exam booking on the Examination Tab.
Moreover, KICPAA also sent the Exam Identification Document and other information via the email address you registered. Please make sure to check your email regularly for updated information.
Yes, you can make the following changes to an existing exam entry up to the Late Exam Booking Deadline by email to education@kicpaa.org by providing your full name, student ID, subject, phone number and specific reason and relevant subjects as listed below. Any request after the Late Exam Booking Deadline is invalid.

An Examination Identification Document will be available on Learning Hub upon exam booking. This includes a timetable of all the exams that you booked; details of the seating arrangement and the address of your examination center. If you are not sure about the location, you may contact our team for your information via the email or phone number 017 493 140 (telegram available).
The Exam Identification Document, original national ID/passport will be checked and collected upon your entry and your ID will be handed back after the exam. This will be checked during the exam together with your exam docket to confirm your identity. If we can't confirm your identity, unfortunately your exam may not be marked.
The Examination Identification Document also details important exam regulations and guidelines. You should read these carefully to familiarise yourself with the exam procedure and what equipment you are allowed to take with you into the exams.

No. Students are not allowed to change their entry on the day of the exam.
