Co-Founder, President
As a future legal professional, Noah believes that true justice and change requires both advocacy and action. Currently attending Suffolk University Law School, Noah is focusing his studies on criminal law with the goal of leading meaningful reform within the criminal justice system. The inspiration to start Kick It came from a pivotal moment: hearing co-founder Sam Gerry’s story, which resonated with Noah’s own commitment to public service. He continues to work toward building a legal career that prioritizes reform and service-led change.
Co-Founder, Vice President
After opening up about his own mental health challenges at Woburn High, Sam realized the pressing need for accessible resources and open conversation within his community. In the years following, he worked tirelessly to understand the biological and social underpinnings of suicide and self-injury through academic research and non-profit partnerships.
Though he has transitioned away from a career in suicidology, Sam remains steadfast in his commitment to serving the community that helped raise him. Outside of Kick It, he works as a rotational associate at Fidelity Investments.
Executive Director
By day, Emily serves as a Director of Marketing in the food service industry, utilizing her expertise in brand growth and storytelling to foster connection and engagement. She channels that same creative energy into Kick It, where she leads digital and print media to amplify the organization's mission. As an advocate within the LGBTQIA+ community, Emily is dedicated to sharing her own journey and amplifying the voices of others to ensure no one navigates their mental health journey alone. Whether she is organizing large-scale events or managing a new campaign, her goal is to foster a supportive community while raising the vital awareness and funds needed to drive change.

Ariana is a Woburn native who joined the Kick It team in 2021, inspired by her close friendships with Sam and Noah and a genuine passion for supporting mental health in her community. Becoming a board member has been one of the most meaningful experiences in her life, and she hopes to help create a space where people feel supported, know they have someone to rely on, and feel encouraged to start the conversation. Outside of this, Ariana is an Account Manager at CarGurus, where she manages client relationships and drives retention and growth.
