Welcome to the Biomedical & Intelligent Robotics Laboratory

The BMIR lab is in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence, Kyung Hee University, Republic of Korea. Our primary research goal is to make robotic healthcare services more accurate, more effective, and less invasive. We have explored design, modeling, planning&control, and human-robot interactions for biomedical & intelligent robots. Our robots are designed to learn, adapt, and perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention. Our multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and clinicians collaborate on groundbreaking projects to advance healthcare technologies. Together, we are shaping the future of robotics, developing innovative solutions that enhance precision, improve patient outcomes, and redefine the possibilities of robotic applications.
