Types of participation in the conference
Online presentation of a paper (or providing the organizers with a video recording of the paper presentation for online broadcast) and its publication in the collection of conference materials.
Extramural: inclusion of the paper topic in the conference program and its publication in the collection of materials.
Working languages of the conference
Ukrainian, English, Polish, state languages of partner universities
PARTICIPATION
Step 1
If you want to take part in the conference, please follow the link to register up to April 7, 2024 (inclusive).
Please note: Online registration implies paper submission. You need to attach the following documents to your registration form: abstract that complies with the formatting requirements (Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format; file name: Smith_abstract).
Step 2
Receive a confirmation email within 5 business days after submitting your paper (to the email address you specified in the registration form). If you do not receive the email, please contact the Organizing Committee.
Step 3
Join the plenary session via Zoom (the link to the conference program and broadcast, ID and passcode will be published on the event’s website and sent to participants' emails specified at registration).
Step 4
Download your certificate, the conference program and its proceedings in soft copy from the conference website.
PLEASE NOTE! The conference is planned to be held online on the Zoom platform with a parallel broadcast on the youtube channel of the Khortytsia National Academy. The link to the conference program and broadcast, ID and passcode will be sent before the event to the e-mail address that participants specified during their registration.
In case it is impossibile to hold the event online due to technical issues, the conference will be held in video format. The video recording of the event can be viewed on the YouTube channel of the Khortytsia National Academy at a convenient and safe time.
Dear participants! If an air alert is announced during the online conference, please follow the algorithms of actions in case of civil defense alert signals which are posted on the official web portal of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Do not neglect your safety!
