I-T - Repair or shifting of any computer / IT equipment.
Furniture - Only repair of furniture items.
House Keeping - Shifting furniture, dusting, cleaning, moping, washroom's issue.
Electrical - Issue with fan, light, AC, cooler, power socket, UPS, music system, mic, etc.
Civil - Issues with flooring, paint, window, ceiling, cladding & similar civil works.
Safety - Issues with the extinguisher, hydrant, hose-reel, caution tape, barricades, railing, grills, CCTV, guards, etc.
Requisition Form - For the requirement of any store items /consumables, etc.
Counsellor Referral Form - When a case to observed in any class, fill out this counsellor referral form to trigger counselling process.
Venue Requirement form - For booking rooms, AV Room, Auditorium, Activity Room, Amphi-Theatre etc.
Transport Requirement Form - for Inter school compitions, Educational Trips etc.
Template Request / Updation Form - to request a new template / form or for editing an existing template / form.
Content Creation - This form will be used by Activity Incharge for respective wing.
EIS Support - For issues or suggestions related to EIS
Requirement Requisition - To raise requisition to fill a vacant position
New Admission & Induction - While onboarding new student you may use this form.
Safety Concern - Use this form to file safety observation at school premises
