I love to paint, knit, and visit museums.

I was a folk artist before becoming an art teacher, specializing in handmade toys and fiber arts.

My favorite artists are Bisa Butler and Osa Atoe, and I love pop art and hand built mugs. I'm also fascinated with portraits and the stories they can tell.

I'm a 3rd generation elementary teacher and grew up surrounded by fantastic educators.

I believe that every child is creative in their own way, and I hope to encourage KGES students to grow in their skills and confidence as we make art together!
