Bylaws & Standing Rules

Bylaws are the set of rules that govern our PTA. They outline our purpose, procedures, and define our officers and their responsibilities. All of our members are also members of the Ohio and National PTAs. Bylaws may be amended or by a two-thirds (2/3) vote.

Standing rules are an extension of the bylaws. They further define our procedures and details of the administration of our PTA. Standing Rules must be voted on and adopted by a majority vote of the general membership annually. Standing Rules may be amended or suspended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote.
