REMEMBER...

You can request to see or speak to your counselor by:

  1. Submitting a request to see your counselor online here...

  2. Scheduling an appointment online. Appointment links are located under your counselor here... Counseling Staff.

  3. If you are unable to schedule or submit online, then stop by Mrs. Gomez's desk (Counseling Dept. Secretary) and fill out the request.

  4. Your parent may also call our office or schedule on your counselor's appointment link to set up a meeting either in person, by phone or online as well. Appointment links are located under your counselor here... Counseling Staff.


EMAIL & COMMUNICATION- Please make sure you are using and checking your Canvas messages & student email account regularly. This is your UID@kernhigh.org account. Using outside emails is not confidential and so if you do email your counselor, please do so through your student account.


TECH SUPPORT- Please see the links on the page below under "tech support" FIRST to get help accessing your account or for troubleshooting. This is the BEST place to start. If this does not work, then you can call the school for help....661-366-4491.
