This year marks my 20th year in education, a journey fueled by my early passion for making a difference in the lives of others. My desire to become a counselor grew in 2015 when I realized the powerful impact educators and counselors have during students' challenging times, through a tragedy of my own.
My goal is to mentor students by developing their problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, while helping them build confidence. Outside of work, I have a 21-year-old daughter, Hannah, who has pursued her passion for softball from childhood to the collegiate level and is now continuing her education at SFA.
I am committed to inspiring and supporting students at Kerens ISD, helping them succeed both academically and personally.
