What does Blogger do well?

Blogger makes blogs. Your website will be a reverse-chronological arrangement of posts.

It can also be navigated through subject “labels” (tags).

Blogger's layout and writing tool are designed to privilege text. You can do a lot with images and embedded media (and make posts with no text at all), but the writing tool clearly assumes text first.

Authors are clearly marked on each post.

Readers can comment on posts by default. (You can turn this off.)
