I started this journey asking how to make my classroom more student-centered. I am leaving it with a new conviction: Our students are only as limited as the stages we build for them.
My Challenge to You: Look at your most "difficult" or "dry" unit next month. How can you shift the power from the front of the room to the desks? How can you turn a private grade into a public contribution? I invite you to share one "pocket of brilliance" from your classroom; let's make our growth as educators as visible as our students' growth.
