Hello!
My name is Ms. Bartley. I grew up on the east side of the state. I got my bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University! Go Eagles! I have two master's degrees- one from Walden University and one from Aquinas College. The picture to the right is me holding my 75-page thesis that I wrote to complete my second graduate degree.
This is my 10th year of teaching. I began my teaching career in Summerville, South Carolina. Fun fact: the baseball team at my school won the state championship my last year there. I was at the game.
When I'm not teaching, I love to read, watch Netflix, and do yoga.
I have a Chihuahua named Princess, but she lives with my parents.
She was a rescue, so she was named when we got her.
She is also really fat because she has a thyroid condition and epilepsy- two afflictions I had no idea could affect dogs! 🙃
She looks sweet and innocent in these pictures, but she's been known to bite a few toes.
