​WHAT WILL I NEED TO UPLOAD WHEN I AM ENROLLING MY CHILD?

**WE ARE NOW ULTILZIING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL 

To make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, please bring the following items with you when enrolling:

• Proof of Residency

  • This can be your signed lease agreement, proof of purchase, or a current utility bill

• Your photo ID

• Your child's most current Immunization and Physical Record

  • Incoming 6th graders will need a NEW school physical ​and UPDATED shot record

  • Athletic physicals are separate from school physicals.  Athletic physicals are required in order for students to try out for or participate in sports, but it does NOT count as a school physical. 

• Your child's Social Security Card

• Your child's Birth Certificate

• Any custody papers (if this applies to your situation)

• A copy of your child's most recent report card, test scores, IEP and/or 504 plan (if your student has one)​
