We are happy to have you as part of our community and look forward to partnering with you for your child’s education! Please complete the intent to enroll survey Intent to Enroll in Kindergarten.
Kindergarten Registration kicks off March 26th, 2026. Please contact the front office 859-356-2155 or

Please stop by during the following times to enroll: 9:00 -10:00 a.m., 2:00-3:00 p.m., or 5:00-6:00 p.m.
In order to register for kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before August 1, 2026.

Enrollment forms will be available at registration.

Original legal certificate of birth or other reliable proof of birth required by State Law 158.032.
Guardian's Driver’s license (State/Federal identification card)
Proof of residency; such as current utility bill- electric, water, Sanitation, Landline, Lease/Rental Agreement, or Mortgage Statement.
Official custody documentation (if applicable)
The district requests a Social Security number for each student as it is used for KEES Scholarship purposes (optional)
REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS INCLUDE:
Immunization Certificate Upon enrollment Must be current & valid with all immunizations up to date upon & throughout enrollment.
Physical Exam Required for 1st entry to a KY public school & for all children enrolling in 6th grade. May be completed up to one year prior to initial entry. (dated 8/16/2026 or later)
Permission to share information on KYIR This will allow school nurses to enter immunization data into the KY Immunization Registry.
Vision Exam - Required by January 1st, 2027 for first year of enrollment for a 3, 4, 5, or 6 year old child. Must be performed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Dental Exam- Required by January 1st, 2027 for enrollment year in Kindergarten for a 5 or 6 year old child May be completed by a dentist, dental hygienist, physician, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. Must be between Jan. 1 & Dec. 31 of the year the child enrolls in Kindergarten.
