I am no excited to start my 23rd year of teaching and my 3rd year at Kenton as the preschool teacher. When I’m not at school, you can find me at baseball games watching 10 year old, Shane, play,along with an occasional Reds game. We also love to be outdoors at festivals, the zoo, parks and local farmers markets.

This will be my 23rd year teaching and my 7th year teaching Kindergarten. I have two children Kaylyn who is 14 and Mitchell who is 17. They are absolutely the loves of my life! We love sports and being outside. My favorite sports teams are the Cleveland Browns, Kentucky Wildcats and the Buckeyes. Football and basketball seasons are popular at our house. My name is Georgana Richman but, my friends call me Georgie. This will be my 20th year as a teacher. I have taught both special education and 2nd grade. Kenton Elementary has been my home for 11 years. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University. In 2018 I became a National Board Certified teacher with an emphasis in Early and Middle Childhood/Literacy. My name is Stacey Benton. This will be my 21st year teaching at Kenton Elementary as a Special Education Teacher and my 2nd year as a STU teacher. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine College and my Master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University. This summer, I began my Rank 1 program at NKU. My name is Heather Butler and I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist at Kenton Elementary. This will be my 10th year at Kenton and 25th year in the profession. I received my bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University and my master's degree from Nova Southeastern University. I have experience in various educational and clinical settings including schools, private practice, hospitals, outpatient rehab facilities, and early intervention. I’m married with a daughter in college, a son in high school, and 3 crazy dogs. I keep busy with family, work, running, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes! Hello! My name is Anne Denham. I have been teaching for 27 years in KY with 8 years of that time at Kenton Elementary School. My focus has always been on individuals with special needs. I know how important each year is at school for every student and with the help of parents who know their children the best, marvel at the changes each child makes during a year. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education and Art from the University of London, England, a Master’s Degree in Special Education at Morehead State, and an Education Specialist Degree from the University of Kentucky in Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling.

My name is Prestine Chapman and I teach technology to Kindergarten through Fifth Grade at Kenton Elementary School. This is my 25th year teaching and I’ve been teaching in Kentucky for 21 years. I have my teaching degree in Business and Education (with a minor in Finance) and my Master’s in Library Science. A fun fact about me is that I live out in the country, in the woods, and I can’t see even one house from mine! I have three grown children and four grandchildren. They all live in other states (boo!). I have two dogs, Ranger and Jack. A lot of you have seen Ranger’s picture through the projector in my room. I love to cook new recipes and, more than anything else, I love to read. As I’m writing this, the book I’m currently reading the The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, which is the new book in the Hunger Games series. I like being outdoors, also. Teaching you is so much fun! I can’t wait to get started!

Hi, my name is Mrs. Jennifer Logsdon. I have been teaching elementary physical education for 20 years, this will be my 21st! Kenton Elementary has been my home for all of those years. I LOVE teaching at Kenton!! My husband and I have been married for almost 19 years and have 2 wonderful daughters. My oldest daughter is a sophomore in high school, attending the Ignite Institute. My younger daughter is a 5th grader this year at Kenton Elementary. Besides my family, some of the things I love the most are my dogs and boating. We travel to Norris Lake every summer for a week of boating, swimming, and wake surfing. Our dogs are like an extension of our family, we love them to death! We have a Great Dane and a Rottweiler, both of which are like big babies.

This is my 14th year teaching art classes but my first year joining Kenton Elementary School! I am looking forward to teaching all the students here and getting to know all of you! I have enjoyed art since my childhood. I wish to share the many benefits that learning about and making art can bring. I currently have one cat but have owned cats, dogs, reptiles, arachnids, birds, and fish. You will meet at least one of my Betta (bed tah) fish this year! My favorite animal starts with an O. If you think you can guess it, let me know! I have played the trumpet for 14 years but I enjoy playing all kinds of instruments, especially when it’s with my students in music class.
