To register your student

Option 1:  Pick up a registration packet at Caywood.  Packets will be available in the office from 9:30-2:30, or from 4:00-6:00 on March 26, 2026.   

Option 2: You may print and complete the required forms from the "Registration Forms" tab on this website in advance.   You can drop off the completed forms during the times above.

Be sure to bring proof of residency in the guardians name (utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement), birth certificate, social security card, immunization certificate, guardian's ID and any custodial paperwork.
