Before a device is issued the following things must be completed:

1. Device Request Form (online) found above

2. The Household and Income form (CEP form)

3. The Acceptable Use Policy form

4. Home Use Agreement form

Traditional/Synchronous Students

Chromebook Pick-Up Days are:

• Tuesday, August 18th- 12:00pm- 3:00pm

• Wednesday, August 19th- 12:00pm- 3:00pm

• Thursday, August 20th- 5:00pm- 7:00pm

Virtual Learning Students

Device Pick-Up Day:

• Thursday, August 20th- 1:00pm-3:00pm

1st Grade Students:

All 1st grade will be issued a Chromebook per the District's initiative when the devices arrive. If you must check out one now, you will need to return the device and exchange it when the new devices are delivered. The district is phasing in a fee structure beginning with 1st grade this year. Please see the District Student Fee Schedule attached below for more information.

Logins:

Your child will need their Kenton County email address and password for the first day of class.

Password: Contact your homeroom teacher for your student's login information.

All Students

Students will carry their Chromebook to and from school each day when in-person instruction resumes.
