We are excited to announce we have partnered with AccessLex Institute®, the largest nonprofit organization focusing on access, affordability, and the value of legal education for aspiring lawyers, to bring you JDEdge by AccessLexSM, an online asynchronous program, designed specifically for rising 1Ls, like you! The lessons in JDEdge will provide you with a solid foundation for the critical skills you will need to succeed as a law student.

You will receive an email with information about signing up for the asynchronous sessions focuses upon preparing for Law School and your classes.

JDEdge demystifies the law school learning process and covers critical topics such as reading and briefing cases, engaging in class, taking effective notes, strategic studying, exam expectations, and more.

Academic Skills Program

The goal of the Academic Skills Program (ASP) is to ensure that all of our students maximize their academic potential as they encounter the rigors of law school. In collaboration with doctrinal faculty, the Offices of Academic Affairs and Student Services, and the Legal Research and Writing Program, ASP seeks to empower students to become independent, self-regulating learners, capable of increasing their learning effectiveness in law school and in practice.
