In order for us to plan and prepare the delivery of this wide range of courses to all of our current and perspective pupils, we will require you to complete this form outlining your preferred choices. The option blocks may be subject to change, but we will try our utmost to cater for all pupils. If there is a clash with your preferred options, please do not hesitate to add a comment to the final section and we will certainly take that into consideration. 

You should choose one subject from each block. Please note that Mathematics, English, Science, Arabic and Islamic Studies (where applicable) are taken outside of these blocks. Please note:

- Pupils will choose three subjects, with compulsory Arabic being the fourth.

- The subject options could potentially move within the blocks, even after they have been selected by a pupil.

- Subjects that appear in two blocks should be selected once.
