Digital Image Manipulation is a course offered by Kent State that focuses on the fundamentals of using Adobe Photoshop. In this course I learned how to use many of the different tools that are offered within the program, and would engage in several projects where I would use the tools taught in each section to alter an image, or have it reflect another image that I would have to figure out how to recreate using the tools taught. This course helped me gain more efficiency and proficency using Adobe Photoshop.
This is a photo of my final project that I submitted for the Digital Image Manipulation course. I was tasked to make a mockup poster about some type of big event happening, the event could be real or made up, and I chose the latter. This project required the use of a plethora of different techniques learned in the course and was meant to reflect my increase in proficiency using Adobe Photoshop.
