About us

At Growing Together Potty Training, we believe potty training is more than simply moving from diapers to underwear, as a new stage of independence, and every child experiences it differently.

Growing Together was created by Tammy Pollack, owner and operator of Tiny Treasures, Kelowna’s only attachment-based daycare. With over 18 years of experience working with children of all abilities, Tammy brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to supporting children and families through important developmental transitions.

Her education and professional experience includes special education, early childhood education, early childhood psychology, early childhood counselling, infant and toddler education, and more. Through years of working closely with children and families, Tammy has developed a deep understanding of the importance of meeting children where they are rather than expecting every child to follow the same timeline.

Growing Together was built with one simple goal: to create affordable, personalized potty training support that every family can access. Every child deserves compassionate guidance, and every parent deserves to feel supported without the stress of navigating the journey alone.

Our approach is child-focused, supportive, and individualized. We recognize that readiness, personality, development, sensory needs, communication, and family circumstances can all influence the potty training journey. Instead of a one-size-fits-all method, we work with families to understand their child and create strategies that fit their unique needs.
