KKLA developed the master plan for the Earlham College site just outside of Indianapolis. This design preserved a wetland habitat and a beautiful natural landscape with New Urbanist principles to arrive at a marketable concept for our client.

Before SoFi stadium was constructed, we assisted a land development company with due dilegence planning, providing a vision for the site that would transform Hollywood Park into a residential community centered on a vibrant commercial core. 

Mineral Canyon rests at the foothills of South Mountain in the City of Phoenix. Kristian assisted the client with entitlements, master planning, and landscape architecture.
