This helps us know what our students are doing after KHS and how much our seniors have been offered in scholarships.
*List ALL scholarships you have been offered, even if you aren't accepting them.Â
*This includes if you are enlisting in the Military!
*If you received MORE than 10 scholarships, just resubmit this form again.
--Do not include loans, PELL grants, or TEXAS grants. This is for scholarships only.
--Calculate the total cost over 4 years when figuring the amounts. For example, if a scholarship is $8,000 per year for 4 years, report the scholarship as $32,000 ($8,000 x4).
--For a full-ride, calculate the dollar amount of tuition, fees, room, and board that will be covered over four years using your estimated cost of attendance from the school
