Official Transcript in PDF format will be delivered to student through our online system.

For Spring semester: Mid-October

For Fall semester: Mid-April

In case of the following situations, your academic transcript WILL NOT be issued:

If you....

• Returned to your home country with unsettled dormitory rent payment.

• Have not returned your room key/card to the dormitory manager.

• Have not returned books borrowed from the university library. 

• No credit or certificate will be given if you are not enrolled until the end of the semester and miss the exams. 

• No exceptions will be made for those who wish to leave early due to internships, academic schedule conflicts, or graduation from your home institution.
