Contractual Audit Task: Individual analysis of a complex case-study contract to be addressed on Day 2.
Day 2: Strategic Negotiation
Legal Insights and Commercial Leverage
Negotiation Envelope: Most Desired / Least Acceptable outcome and BATNA for the case-study contract from Day 1.
Sourcing Levers: Practical application of commercial levers to gain negotiation advantages.
Simulation: Scenario-based multi-round negotiation of the previously analyzed agreement.

By registering for the professional training course Strategic IT Procurement & Negotiation (hereafter "the Course") organized by Keen & Able, you (hereafter "the Participant" or "the Registering Organization") agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration is binding once a confirmation email has been issued by Keen & Able.
Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, and the full fee must be paid prior to the course start date.
Due to the exclusive nature of the Course and the strictly limited number of seats (8–12 attendees), the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course start date: A full refund of the course fee will be issued.
Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the course start date: 50% of the course fee will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date, or non-attendance (no-show): The full course fee (100%) will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
If a registered Participant is unable to attend, the Registering Organization has the right to send a substitute colleague at no extra charge. Notice of substitution must be sent via email to finance@keenandable.com at least 24 hours before the course begins.
Keen & Able reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Course in the event of unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or if the minimum number of participants (8) is not reached.
In the event of a cancellation by Keen & Able, a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
Keen & Able is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs incurred by the Participant.
All course materials, frameworks, and case studies provided during Day 1 (Advanced IT Law) and Day 2 (Strategic Negotiation) are the intellectual property of Keen & Able. Material may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Participants agree to treat case-study details and simulation outcomes during the workshop as confidential.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, with the district court of Stockholm as the court of first instance.
