Acceleration Technique (first half of video)
Vacation Week Workouts 2022:
Monday: 3x 60m = 1 set (30s rest between reps, 2min rest between sets) 2-3 sets
Tuesday: 200m repeats: jog 50m, accelerate 50m, sprint 100m (2-3 reps with rest)
Wednesday: 2-3x 300m workout at 400m pace (100m splits: 13s, 13s, 12.5s guys; 17s, 17s, 16s girls)
Thursday: 3x Hill Sprints = 1 set (2-3 sets with rest)
Friday: 3-5x Speed Makers (50m sprint, 25m deceleration, 25m slow jog, 2 min. rest)
