KRSD Strategic Plan: 2031 

Series overview

The KRSD Strategic Plan 2031 is the district's shared roadmap for the next five years. This eight-part video series brings the plan to life for families, staff, and community members — one short episode at a time. The first episode introduces the framework and the six pillars; Episodes 2–7 take a closer look at each pillar; and the finale brings it all together, showing how the pillars connect and how the district will stay accountable.

Each episode runs about 1–2 minutes and is narrated with branded visuals and captions.
