Kearney Catholic is looking for bus drivers to add to our large bus driver list.
KCHS will pay for any required training to obtain a School Bus CDL license.  If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a driver, please contact Matt Rogers (matt.rogers@kearneycatholic.org) for more information and requirements for licensing. 

If you are looking for a summer job, pick up an application in the office for a chance to make great money in only a few weeks in July!  Detasselers will be picked up at Wilcox School each day during detasseling. Don't delay, crews fill up fast!  Must be 14 by July 1st. 

There will be a Cheerleading Parent meeting for those that wish to try out for the Cheer Team on Wednesday, April 8th, at 6:30pm in the Music Room.  

This will be with our new Cheer Coach, Sherri Ellsworth.

Prom is coming up on Sunday, April 12th. 
Juniors and Seniors can sign up for Prom tables and/or Post Prom in the Office. 

• Table Signups and Dinner Cost: due by Wednesday, April 8th

  • All Seniors are paid for. 

  • Juniors and Out-Of-School Dates (regardless of grade) are $35 per person. All prom fees must be paid for by Wednesday, April 8th. Cash or check only. 

• Post Prom Signup: due by Wednesday, April 8th

  • All Juniors, Seniors and their guests are invited to attend Post Prom at the Big Apple. Admission is completely free, thanks to funds raised by Junior class and parent committees. Everyone is encouraged to attend, whether or not they are attending KCHS Prom. 

• Out-Of-School Date Forms: due by Thursday, April 9th

  • Students with out of school dates, need to complete an Out-Of-School Date Form available in the office. This form completed and signed by all persons including your date's school approval, must be turned in by Thursday, April 9th! 

A Showcase of Innovation
This year we were awarded a Big Red Keno Grant and our VEX robotics class has been busy working on various challenges, projects, and innovative ideas. We plan to have an open house at the school from 6:30- 8:00 pm on Monday April 20, 2026. That evening we will have some displays of various high school robotics projects and explain what we have learned and show off! Please drop in any time that evening to see what they have done and see our robotics room!

The KCHS Blood Drive on Thursday, April 9th has been moved to St. James' Parish Hall!

KCHS Activities Association is excited for another year of hosting events which helps support all of our extracurricular events. Here’s how you can help this year!

Every family is required to sign up for 4 shifts - Including SENIORS.
Parents have to sign up for 1 of the 4 shifts - After that, however you choose to distribute the shifts is up to your family.
