k&e SOLutions was created with family, community, and people at its core. The company is named after our children, Kalden and Emri, reflecting the values that inspire our work every day.

As a husband and father of two, building something meaningful for the future of our family and community has always been central to our mission. We are proud to be a minority-owned business with roots in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After moving our family to Colorado in 2016, k&e SOLutions was founded in 2018 to help individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen relationships, develop leaders, and create workplaces where people can thrive.

• Certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional from Rutgers University. 

• Higher education faculty experience with more than five years teaching leadership and management as Professional Faculty at University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management and Metropolitan State University of Denver.

• Co-founder and principal fund advisor for the Team Tío Endowment Fund, expanding access to youth sports opportunities for disadvantaged youth.

• Board Member, Local Government Hispanic Network, supporting leadership development and representation within public service.

• Holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Economics, and completed the Latino Leadership Institute at the University of Denver.
