Concerned Citizens of Kershaw County MLK Achievement Scholarship Award

The purpose of the MLK Achievement Scholarship Award is to help graduating students achieve their dream of a higher education.  This scholarship award is a one-time monetary award of $1,000 paid directly to the college, university or technical school in which the receipient plans to attend.  This scholarship emphasizes the powerful quote by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. - "Intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education."
