Schedule Change Requests

This form should be completed by the student from their school email address. All schedule change requests must be submitted by 5:00 pm on January 10, 2023. Note that requests for teacher changes will not be approved. Emails and phone calls will not be accepted as a means to request a schedule change. No exceptions.
